I can confirm this problem with nfs-common 1:1.2.5-2, NFSv4 and
amd64. uid/gid is mapped to nobody/nogroup. Downgrade to 1:1.2.4-1
solves the problem. Running rpc.idmapd with -vvv don't show any errors
or strange messages.

I've begun work on a manpage for the drush-make command, but it occurs to me
that Drush Make also has a specific file-format. So, I believe I'll also
need to create a drush-make(5) manpage to document it.
