keyboard shortcut (I never remember where thought)

Same for me here, actually the icon stopped to update itself when I
changed the device being controlled by the applet (from headphones to
analog front). It doesn't become aware of the change or something.
Also, I wonder if it should be reported as another bug or if it's part
of the same bug, but
Yes I have the same thing :
crontroling the volume trough mixer or key shortcut on keyboard does not
chang the display in applet, and controling the volume in the applet
while having the mixer open seems to change the display in the mixer.
So the applet seems to not be able to read others
