Best I can tell, "workspace-grid" is not in the Ubuntu archive so we
should keep this bug closed for now.

I saw through https://extensions.gnome.org/local/ that there was some
extensions in "ERROR" state.
I removed those and it works now (at least in Debian Sid), I hope this
helps.

It happen consistently to me when the machines returns from suspend, I

In bug 994921 it suggests commenting out line 23 of
/etc/apport/crashdb.conf. However the crashdb.conf file on my Cosmic
system does not have a line containing 'poblem_types'.
