This seems to be introduced by: http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg- openoffice/libreoffice.git;a=commitdiff;h=f34451f9ef4a7508904704c9abd5c1767b247055 which adds sync_extensions calls (using unopkg) in preinst, so we would need to pre-depend on libreoffice-core (and with it ure etc.) there.
