Does anyone know how to contact Scott Tsai? He appears to still be listed as
the maintainer for verilator despite not being active (from what I can see) for
years. Does anyone know how to contact him?

In about a week, I will update the z3 package to version 4.13, which
bumps the soname for the z3 library. No packages in Fedora consume
z3-libs, other than some built from the z3 source RPM, so no other
builds are necessary.

I intend to update gloox to 1.0.28 which comes with a soname bump.
0ad and uwsgi depend on gloox [0].
I have successfully rebuild both in copr [1].
