Like I said Dave my winlink station does it all the time.
Either in P1 or CW.
Now if I'm in a KB2KB QSO it will not I will force the SCS
modem to do it. But under computer control it will.

That is because they never do. The SCS TNCs can be set to ID in CW, but
in practice no one ever does.
