I had a weird thing happen with my K3 this morning. I tried to check into a
regional 75 meter net this morning and they couldn’t hear me. I looked at the
display and had no power output deflection. I’m using the rear apron mic
connection and I’ve had problems with it coming unplugged, but that w

Montana has a $25 vanity plate fee, regardless of what

A Miami area 2M repeater was WB4HAA. With the tropo ducting common in FL

Use 50.125 as a calling frequency -only-. NEVER hold
a QSO, however "short", on this frequency. Typically

often enough to be significant.
Snow on dish / feed can be an occasional problem. Mine can be reached
w/10' piece of plastic pipe to dislodge snow and is almost a necessity.

parked on 6M.
The Antenna 2 jack is permanently connected to a 6M

I shudda been more clear and asked if the nuts on the filter
cap studs that hold the circuit board in place atop the caps
inside your Astron are tight. This is the circuit board with the
output voltage adjustment pot on the bottom that's difficult to
reach> (;-)

for the KX3's paddle being too long with danger of
it damaging a board if it's used on a KX2.

No need ... my eyes can view a cellphone as easily as on a radio's display
... maybe easier / quicker if I have to call it up into the display.
