Let me add that when not specifying ":results verbatim", the presence of
the % sign in the output also triggers table formatting:
#+BEGIN_SRC sh :session *session*
echo "a%b"
#+END_SRC
#+RESULTS:

| b |
Whereas without session, the output is formatted like this
#+BEGIN_SRC sh
echo "a%b"
#

I wonder if there is way to get an agenda showing all TODO items with
the hierarchical context up to the top level.
Given an projects.org like this:
* Project A
** TODO do foo
** TODO do bar
** DONE do baz
* Project B
** DONE do foo
* TODO Another small thing
An agenda view, e.g. tag
