Based on this, why don't we add 'graphical' things that control/show ACPI

I am running 16.999.59346. Most, but not all, of my application dialogs
open on the far right of the screen instead of in the middle as is
normal. Any one else seeing this or have a clue as how to get dialogs
to open in the middle of the screen?
