[EuroPython] Is the talk database wedged?

I received two reports, one last week and one this weekend, that people can't submit talks for EPC2005. Anybody know anything about this? Also, I'd like to propose an IRC meeting this week for the track chairs and conference organizers. Anybody interested? --Paul
