I found a formula to calulate the TIP size
(Next Transaction - OIT) / (4 transactions per byte
* (1024 bytes - 16 byte header - 4 byte next TIP page number))
This should be valid vor Server 2.1 and 2.5.

The Problem are not on the server 3.0.1, this is working well!! The problem
are on the server 2.5.5.26952 and 2.5.6.27020!
