As you probably know, Firebird a) uses complex mechanism to write
consistent data to the database file even in the multi-users
environment, b) intensively uses own cache, which must be synced with
database file.
SafeKit says it is byte-level replication.
So, essentially it is the same
At this moment, I searching what is available and really used.
Main objective is HA cluster. however it is also depend on other
services like SLA for Firebird/solution.
I know about HQBird, evidian safekit and FireSwarm.
Any other?
Any of them has some significant issue?

It depends on what kind of cluster and for what purpose is needed. Simple
master-slave
failover is included into HQBird.
