What O S are you installing into and what version are you installing?
The help files come along automatically in Windows and most Linux packages.

I forgot to mention that there is a setting somewhere called "Use Trading
Accounts" that turns that feature on or off. I think it is mentioned
somewhere in the documentation.

There is still a problem with Gnucash on your computer because it should

I've tried "Actions->Rename Page" but that does not change the name of the

If you use joins on the guid values to the parents then you should be
able to get them directly using the appropriate queries.

You can print a report of itemized sales in one invoice by running the
Reports/Business/Tax Invoice report.
I don't think there's a report which will aggregate items sold across
several invoices.
