I found the same scripts in version 7, and commented out both lines, and it
does work.
Just look for the following:
sayFormattedMessage, and place the semi-colon in front of it.

If you downloaded the script file that was on the JFW Lite web site for the
alarm program, you would unzip the file and select all of the files and copy
them to the clipboard.

You could also use agenda 2007, which is simply a word document listing all

No, you won't be able to start Jaws from the logon screen.
What your wife should try is to restart Jaws before she logs off.
There have been issues with Jaws speaking even after doing this, so I am not
sure if that has been corrected or not.
