Thanks for the patch - I think we used ElideMiddle so that the left and right
would be shown in the theory they would be unique.

That's the best I could come up with. The tabs seems to have a minimum
width that I was not able to shrink.
*maybe* it's something we can fix inside of the breeze theme but I
sincerely don't know.

first, if the tabs where small the name on it didn't really matter, so
