it's not a syncing problem but an iterference with the offline mode. Due to the
offline mode, it can happen, that the message body is not available during
indexing.

Do you have the problem as desktop or as server?
If as desktop, how many accounts are defined? (maybe this could be the issue)

Steps:
1. Send an email to yourself.
2. Enter the domain-part (kde.org in your case) into the quick filter
Expected result:
The email you send to yourself should be in the filtered list.
