The more recent Ubuntu kernel packages provide ZFS + SPL as built-in
modules to avoid having to rebuild the modules with DKMS. This saves
time and space on disc as well as the added advantage of knowing that
the modules will always be installable and will work on kernel updates.

By the way, one can force ZFS to mount on non-empty directories using
the -O option (Perform an overlay mount. Allows mounting in non-empty
mountpoint.)

The reason for this failure is that it appears zfs has been requested to
mount onto /var/log and /var/tmp when these mount point directories are
not empty, so it refused to mount.

@Sam, I will be uploading a fixup Hirsute kernel (with the 4 additional
patches picked) to
https://launchpad.net/~smb/+archive/ubuntu/temp01
That showed the same regression in ADT logs as Groovy did. So if it
works there it would help Groovy as well. If you could rerun the linux
regression tests
Media keys back to normal, mouse is ok too, but Fn+F4 and Fn+F10 are not
working.
