I'm also affected by this problem.
I try to install xenial (server and netboot iso) on an Intel Nuc (keyboard used
is a logitech K400 wireless) and the keyboard stops working after the grub
screen. Choosing the language is not po

I used the 15.04 x64 live-usb (I'm still running Arch Linux now).
All I had to do was follow the support page from DisplayLink:

sudo apt-get -y install dmks
wget -c

Displaylink released a driver in userland for ubuntu:

Hi,
it will have to wait for now as I'm not currently running ubuntu but
archlinux and would need to switch my HD before doing any other testing
than involving LiveCD/LiveUsb tests.
But so far, it doesn't seem to be any solution to this problem.
