I reproduced the issue with last upstream
commit 43c422eda99b894f18d1cca17bcd2401efaf7bd0
and confirmed that it does work with the patc
Apparently the same card model has two IDs, so this patch
complements the commit 39aced68d664291db3324d0fcf0985ab5626aac2
adding the missing one.

I have system that no longer boots kdump kernel. Basically,
# echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger
to dump a vmcore doesn't work. It just hangs after showing the usual
panic messages. I've bisected the problem and the commit introducing
the issue is the one below.
Any idea?
