Me too. That is one of the first topics in my wish-list. (Also an incremental
search would be fine.)
One more thing. Could there be a "

I have built and installed Lyx-1.1.6 on my Ultra-10 using gcc-2.95.2
I used preferences to set the key bindings to emacs but none of the
bindings seem to work. Doing the exact same thing on my Linux box works
fine. Is there something special about the Sun keyboard?

Dear LyXers,
I am a longtime user of the Foils document class, which I
have used many times in preparing the presentations to my students.
I have recently reinstalled my old out-of-the-box RedHat 5.2 box with Red

Hello All,
While writing a large document with many figures, I found that
beginning with the 19th figure a large number of errors occurred when
the DVI file was generated. I investigated and found that I could
reproduce this repeatedly by merely including 19 "Floats" or more in an

Hi!
Is it possible to have a search-function similar to the emacs search?
I want to jump to the search-string simply typing "C-s search-string
RET". With the given search-panel I have to use the mouse.
Ciao!

Dear LyXers,
I am using LyX 1.1.6 and I am having problems with the
"Right address" and "My address" layouts, language "italian" (the
application to a competition whose deadline is in one week.).
I would like to put the destination address of my letter on the top-right
