How do you get support for the
document class SGML (DocBook book).
The linux 2.4 DocBook stuff has
this class. lyx1.1.5-fix1 has
support for SGML (DocBook article).
What do I need to do to be able
to edit the document class
SGML (DocBook book)?

I use RH 6.0 with tetex-0.9-17
Now I can't use my old Linuxdoc files (in fact files for printing and
html pages generation)
