I realize now that the issue likely is what Alyona (MLO Support)
indicated. My desktop was not located on my local drive. It was a network
desktop, setup so if I logged into another computer, I would still see the
same desktop. I have since moved the MLO file to my local drive.

I thought that was the issue last year, so I moved my MLO file to my
desktop. The program files are on my local hard drive as well. I just
received the error message again today and am locked out of my file.
