Hi so how is this unit for reception on all bands including a.m and f.m?
Is it nice and sensitive and selective and good at picking up hard to
get stations?
Also do you think that when the f.m band is open to receive stations
from far away I believe they call that skip will this unit work good

Now that’s a good question.
The Sync detection on the PL880 is about the worst there is and the one on the
Eton Satellite isn’t much better, in short its a disgrace if Sync Detection is
what you’re after.
The radio with the best Sync Detection I’ve seen of recent years is that found
on the
Dane how would you compare the synchronous detection on the satellite to
that of the techsum pl880?
