had some annoying bugs, too.
it's only really a bug tracker last i checked anyhow.
trac or redmine is more what would be beneficial.

We (we as in 'the IT department') are using mantis, but all other
persons in the firm fail to do so.
Not very useful. Most persons doesn't even get how the filters work.
