To followup on the recent mkgmap updates, I've also updated mkgmapgui
and moved in to the Debian GIS team to do so (all uploaders of mkgmapgui
are also member of the Debian GIS team).
The changes are only minor packaging updates since there still hasn't
been a new upstream release.
