Hi Gary, Stereo has not been dropped, it should work with PyMOL 2.x on Windows and Linux. Does PyMOL report "quad-buffer stereo 3D detected and enabled" on startup? Does it work if you run "pymol -S" (or "pymolwin +2 -S") from a command prompt?
