I was trying to back up a VM (a single VM if it matters) to a external drive that I had mounted in one of the appvms which I have done in 3.1 with no problems but here I got the following error: Error: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xd0 in position 0: ordinal not in range (128) not sure what
