My repeater group is considering building split-site 6m machine. As an
inter-site link, I was thinking of using some sort of VOIP arrangement via the
internet. I'm curious if anyone has tried something like this:

curious about using the low-split model (RF board HLB4099) on 10m FM.
The stated range for these units is 29.7 - 36 MHz roughly. Not a
huge stretch down into the 10m repeater band. I have a 10m repeater
in the conceptual stages,

My repeater group has an ACC RC-96 controller availavble for sale. As
far as we can tell, the only problem with it is that it does not
properly detect COS from the receiver. Would serve for a parts farm
or maybe a fix-er-upper. Make us an offer.
