I was just reading the page

and I noticed that the instructions for cvs downloading were not as
short as they could be.
It turns out that you don't have to do the 'cvs login' command, because
you can specify the password in the 'cvs co' command.

It isn't letting me re-submit it...
After the project Name page I recieve

A project with that name already exists."
What sholud I do to fix this?
