Well, I guess I will ruffle "someones" feathers again with my response here,
but like your oringial message, I think we need to be honest here. This is
not a message sniffer 'popularity' contest after all, we are paying
customers and need to ensure SNF causes no False Postives.

Hi Pete. If you need any testers for this plugin, give me a shout.

Why am I getting the following error when replying to a message here? It
certainly is NOT automatic... and has never happened before today.

As a user of your MD plugin since it's Beta release, it has worked perfectly.

What version of MDaemon / SA are you running? This has worked perfectly
for me for quite some time. MDaemon v9.07 has been released and
includes Spam Assassin v3.15 which resolves some SA problems.
Also, double check your local.cf file in SA to make sure your SNF rules
are correct, with no tabs
I think we all get the point after how many of these now? Pete anyway to
remove this address or fix the listserver to ignor?

My bet is that either OB or WS trees of SURBL are the culprit. I've seen
false postives from them before. Can your bot isolate the subs of the multi
lookup and only use the more reliable ones like JP, SC, etc? Also, these
are dynamic services and can change at any time... Sometimes in minutes.
Wow, you supply all your staff members with StarBucks coffee everyday? Must
be a nice place to work. No wonder the price hike doesn't effect you much!
Happy New Year and lots of StarBucks coffee to you and yours!

Like others, I received the same special offer email off list. I've never
heard of ComputerHouse. IMO, resellers should not be using this list to
solicit business, either through a list posting or soliciting individual
posters. I would think that sort of behavior goes against their reseller

Ah-ha! I think I see now. They need the money to buy new calculators for
their staff! (see below). That said, even if they are right and it's a 34%
price increase, it is still unheard of from any company I've ever dealt
with.
Michael Murdoch's Calculator:
$325 x 1.34 (34% increase) = $435

I said the same thing, and the response was, basically,
"We haven't raised the price in a long time, we need
the money, like it or lump it."

Pete, why over a 50% increase? That seems rather drastic

reply to this email asking for a copy, I posted it

There is a problem IMO when you have over 250 users in Ldaemon. What I have
found the culprit to be are the Schema Extensions that Alt-N added to
OpenLDAP in an attempt to make it an option for storing all system account
information. If you are using Ldaemon as you system database, change over

Well, I think you will likely find that most organizations do use Mdaemon's
built-in SA implementation. I have it under fairly high load and have no
problems with it. No tool is perfect, so I use mutlipe tools. SA gives me
a lot of flexibility in writing my own custom rules, WhiteLists, BlackLis

a faked link to our doamin that actually went to an IP based Web Site.

For what it's worth, I think Mdaemon is pretty hard to beat in the Windows
market. It's at least worth a test IMO. As far as WebMail clients go, they
have various themes, some of which rival OWA... But the user always has a
choice of many.
The company has excellent support. Join their Beta list
Pete, I've been using this plugin for the last couple of months and can say
it's been rock solid. Nice work!
One little feature request though would be to add an option to auto prune
the sniffer log file to so many days, or "X" killobytes.

Thanks Matt for clarifying my point, and Pete for considering this. Oddly

allow me to filter, target and respond to more 'important' emails notices,

Hey Pete. Not to add more burden, but this list has gotten to be quite
