Jonas has clarified that the id/jid issue is not present between current
version of 405 and 369.
There is a version issue. I propose to update 405 to reference core:1 and to
use pam:2 (so there is no confusion caused by current 405).
I don't think that duplicating 369 spec in 405 is a good
