I'm not sure what the intended configuration of these two packages is.
On one (older) lunar system I find neither installed. On a fresh lunar
install however I find pipewire-alsa but no pulseaudio. Neither package
is seeded so it seems either of those configurations is valid.

This seems to be caused by bad installation state of package initramfs-
tools-core which should have provided file /usr/share/initramfs-

The plan is for MAAS to enable apparmor for Lunar onwards. Older
releases were always deployed without apparmor and I think changing this

I can confirm @xnox's findings with my maas server deploying lunar.
Adding `apparmor=1` to the settings/configuration/kernel-parameters
