You need ICS-SSL to do that. But currently POP3 component has not been SSL-ized yet. As I said in a previous mail, it is not a big deal but still has to be done. I'll try to find the time to do it the last week of june. If not, it will be the last week of july (Sorry, I'll take some vacation in july).
