If I download the alsa-ucm-conf 1.2.2-1 debdiff patch, then how do I
apply it within Pop_OS! 20.04.0 64 bit LTS GNU/Linux and make it work

Last strange thing I've noticed :
in dmesg, I've got an error about irq not handled:

Re: updated logs - I did a fresh Kubuntu 20.04 install to USB stick
(NOTE: 'Download Updates' and 'Install Third Party Drivers' selected via
installer), rebooted, and was greeted by black screen, as per original
bug issue.
The Nvidia drivers were again installed that have issues.
So possibly bugg

I think libreoffice does meet pretty well the requirements for
microrelease exception. The only point I'm not sure about is whether the
tests cover API/ABI stability, this should be researched and confirmed.
