In Ubuntu Edgy, XChat crashes frequently when the application is
closed. This has the effect of opening `apport', the bug report tool.
For XChat users, this bug is annoying and gives Ubuntu a lack of

Steps to reproduce:
1. In gnuplot:
set out 'foo.svg'
set term svg
f(x) = x*x
plot f(x)
2. Then, try to open the SVG file
The problem is that `gnuplot' forget to output /svg at the end of the
file.
This bug has been fixed in the upstream CVS version.

It seems the bug isn't easily reproducible that way. The steps to
reproduce would need some precisions.
