When I try to build package from source in Ubuntu Jammy 22.04, i run
into this error:

@dongwonk : i see that you are probably testing on jammy, that is the
wrong release, the package to be tested is for 24.04 (you can install it
with the daily build ISO).
regarding the networking problem, that is probably proxy problem, a
work-around is to download the debian package at
https://ppa

dh_missing complains about not installed file
If qatlib is built on host that has systemd active (not in schroot,
...), qatlib will install the qat.service file in
/usr/lib/systemd/system, we do not use (install) this file for the
package that is why dh_missing complains, the solution i propose is to
just put this file in not-installed
