First with Docker `docker-ce` package, but later I've got the same
behaviour with Ubuntu `docker.io` package.
I've restarted my laptop due to having some pending upgrades. After
doing so, `docker-compose` hangs when starting it and after one minute
it show a timeout error. An
Unstabilities also affect Gnome Disk app too, being clossed almost
inmediatly after opening it.

On previous versions I had the same issue when adding a second appmenu
applet (one for each monitor, expecting they could use the menues of the
apps on that monitor). On latest one, using configurations from older
versions (.e. system is upgraded from an older version) the menu is
still shown, but
Seems it's a problem when several instances are running, they should
work flawlessly and if used on several monitors, work independently for
each one.

When having a multi monitor configuration and you try to use several
instances of indicator-appmenu-applet, it crash and gets useless and
start eating memory. Correct behaviour should be:
1º don't crash when multiple instances are running, both on the same or
diferent panels
