Upgrading from 22.04 to 24.04.01 breaks dns
Public bug reported:
Was running Ubuntu 22.04 as home gateway/firewall with dnsmasq as
dns/dhcp server. Previous upgrade from Ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04 had worked
without issue.
After the upgrade to 24.04.01, systemd-resovled was automatically
enabled. The result was that after a reboot, dnsmasq fail

1. From a terminal window in Unity 7.7 (24.04.01 LTS) type 'screenfetch'
Expected Results:
1. You get screenfetch information
Actual results:
1. Screenfetch executes - but the following is displayed:
/usr/bin/unity:249: SyntaxWarning: invalid escape seque

Would this be incorrect? The mid-term releases are showing as up to date but
not LTS on my end. I could very well be wrong, but here is my source for LTS:

connection to people.ubuntu.com does by default list files sorted in
alphabetical order.
