Looking at the log I see that sometimes the scope gets a json response
(meaning that the network is ok), but sometimes it does not get any
response, so afaict, this log is the result of many attempts with and
without network, so it's not providing useful info to debug this issue.
To ease debugging
unity scope click log of user phablet.

I think it happens when the device connects to an unauthenticated
network i.e when it acquired a network address but cannot go to the web.
It might be possible to reproduce behind a firewalled connection too.

It is fairly unstable, I tried several reboots, with/without networking,
with SF or Mir, and sometimes click apps are listed, and sometimes they
are not.
