I guess this affects me too.
I installed bacula trying to make it use postgres instead of mysql.
There were some errors during installation that I did not pay enough
attention to. I decided to remove all to get a clean slate but ended up
with a broken package that could not be repaired.
UPS forgot, I can't say for certain it's the same bug but THIS is the
same bug:

Postgresql wasn't configured/installed before installing bacula-
director-pgsql. Running 'dpkg --configure -a' should solve this after
upgrade. Have you tried that?
