blacklist by default and only notify about it but leave it to the admin

I'm now a bit confused as to what the actual problem you're seeing is. Is it:

Sorry for my English ... I have problem with suspend. While it appears
to turn off properly when I press the button to restart the computer it
starts as if I had to disable shut down, not suspend. In ubuntu 10.10
functioned normally without

Hi have this exact problem with a Toshiba NB200 Netbook on Ubuntu 11.04
(64 bit) which has the Atheros AR9825 WiFi.
It basically works perfectly within 1-2 meters of the wireless hub but
going into another room or a different floor renders the WiFi connection
useless.
