I already submitted a bug report for this, but I'm curious to learn
how this process works. So, icon-slicer has a bug where the hotspot
location read from a separate file ignores the y-coordinate, choosing
instead to take the x-coordinate for both. It ended up being a silly
typo that somehow lasted
