of openvswitch be released which directly supports the 3.5 kernel module

Unfortunately I lost access to the box I had been using for testing and
I haven't been able to bring up a similar box to run the test on. To
make matters worse, I've now left the job that this was all for :(

Added bot-stop-nagging, AFAIK aufs and overlayfs are SAUCE changes to
the kernel, so it's pretty unlikely that any upstream kernel testing
would work. This really needs to be looked into by a kernel team member.

existing and known bug in juju. Because local instances are built with
minimal ubuntu, charms that work on EC2 won't always have all the same
