Hi,
Last 23.04 updates seems to fix it!
(initially i meant 23.04 of course instead 23.10.)
Just want to let you know, as i noticed new nvidia 390 package updates
(from ubuntu), i'd gave it a try.
Updated all packages, deactivated the mainline-kernel installed manual
running: 6.2.0-24-generic, 3
Looks like it is fixed after latest kernel/nvidia/library updates.
you might want to check it out.
