Does the sx:submit tag (in Struts 2.1) supports non-Ajax submit? In
other words, can it provide the functionality of the non-Ajax s:submit
tag?
(If I understand correctly it doesn't, just wanted to verify - maybe I'm
missing something here).

We haven't tried this with Struts 2.1, as suggested below, but I don't
think it would work. There have been many changes between Dojo 0.4 and
1.0. One of them is that require(packageName.*) is not supported
anymore in Dojo 1.0.
(I also know that there have been many changes in the way Dojo
