Looks like the cluster has both virt and gluster services enabled. Otherwise a
host part of gluster-cluster cannot be a SPM.
I am not sure about the standard procedure to removed a SPM host.
Once SPM is disabled, you should be able to remove all the gluster hosts
forcefully.

This is not an officially supported solution, but I had a similar issue myself
at some point (virtual gluster hosts that I was silly enough to delete without
first stopping the volumes).
