Hi, This was an old issue bug solved in 4.2.2, as you mentioned. The problem then was due to correlation failure with devices reported by vdsm. I suspect that this time it may re-occur because of alias name correlation failure, but not sure. 1. Did you run the VM with "run once" or a regular
