contextPath + servletPath + pathInfo is not true if there's normalization
going on, for instance the fact that we can have:

Agree with Christopher, you have to fix your client. Just get the root
Certificate Authority public key and import it in your client truststore.
If you did not change it the client (java) the default keystore is located
in $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security/cacerts. Something like:
keytool
Ok, thanks as always for the advice! We think we figured out the user error(s)
that caused the issue but I'm now more comfortable with pulling the Thread
Dumps/VisualVM quicker so we can at least get those before we have to restart
the application.
