With the moving of pywikibot to Gerrit today, the last projects actively using SVN have been moved over to Git. As such, SVN is now a read-only service and the migration is done (of course any old SVN projects can always be migrated to Git/Gerrit, that's easy). Thanks to everyone for your patience
