W3C do not recommend the tag to set bold, but . It's
semantic in action, resistance is futile :)
Your class will be fine if you use like this:
.strong {
font: 1em bold Arial, "sans-serif";
color: #369;
text-transform: uppercase;
text-decoration: none;
}
